ABS Galvano

Amorphic thermoplastic; available in many grades, pure as well as in blends (PC/ABS, PA/ABS, PVC/ABS). See ABS.
In special grades it can be galvanised (e.g. chromium, nickel)

The mechanical, chemical and thermal properties of the galvanisable grades do not differ significantly form the standard grades.

Applications
Lots of chromium parts that surround us nowadays are ABS parts that are metallised.
